Cad Sä Oy – Delivery and Return Terms
- Scope
These terms apply to the sale of online training courses and other digital training services provided by Cad Sä Oy (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) to both consumer customers (B2C) and business customers (B2B), unless otherwise agreed in writing. - Ordering and formation of contract
Training is ordered via Cad Sä Oy’s website, email, or another separately agreed channel.
A binding contract is formed when the customer places an order and Cad Sä Oy confirms the order by email. - Delivery method and time
The training is delivered as a digital service.
Delivery method:
-
- Invitation / link to the online course sent by email
- Or another separately agreed electronic delivery method
Delivery time:
The invitation or course link is delivered within two (2) business days from the order. If there is a delay in delivery, the customer will be contacted without delay by email.
- Prices and Payment Terms
The prices of the training courses are determined according to the price list valid at the time of ordering. Prices include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
For business customers, the payment term is 14 days net unless otherwise agreed. For consumer customers, payment methods are those offered in the online store or invoicing.
- Right of Withdrawal for Consumers (B2C)
5.1. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to cancel the order within seven (7) days from the time of purchase without providing any reason, provided that the training has not yet been started.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers (see section 6).
5.2. Limitation of the Right of Withdrawal
The consumer acknowledges that once the online training has been started (for example, by logging into the course for the first time or accessing course materials), the service is considered to have begun, and the standard right of withdrawal no longer applies.
By placing the order, the consumer gives explicit consent for the service to begin before the withdrawal period has expired and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully delivered.
5.3. Cancellation Procedure
Cancellation must be made in writing by email to jyrki.karvo@cadsa.fi or another address specified by Cad Sä Oy. The message must include at least:
- Name of the customer
- Ordered training
- Order date
- Clear statement of cancellation
Any payments made will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt of the valid cancellation notice, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
- Cancellation and Return Terms for Business Customers (B2B)
- Business customers do not have the right to cancel or return the order after it has been confirmed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- If a cancellation option has been separately agreed, cancellation is only possible before the training has been started and in accordance with the agreed written terms.
- A business order may be transferred to another person within the same organisation, provided that the training has not been started and no additional costs are incurred for the Service Provider.
- Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Service Provider
Cad Sä Oy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training if the number of participants is insufficient or due to other justified reasons (e.g. trainer illness or technical issues).
In such cases, the customer will be offered:
- The opportunity to participate in a similar training at a later date, or
- A full refund of any fees paid
Cad Sä Oy is not liable for indirect damages (such as travel or accommodation costs), unless required by mandatory law.
- Complaints and Technical Issues
Any errors or deficiencies in the service must be reported without undue delay by email to jyrki.karvo@cadsa.fi
If participation in the online training is prevented due to a technical fault caused by the Service Provider, the customer will be given the opportunity to complete the training again or receive reasonable compensation. The Service Provider is not responsible for disruptions caused by the customer’s own devices, software, or internet connection.
- Processing of Personal Data
Customer personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation and Cad Sä Oy’s Privacy Policy. The current Privacy Policy is available on Cad Sä Oy’s website. - Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Finnish law.
